The incoming generations will soon be the leaders of the future and their values will drive the innovation of tomorrow. While many talented young professionals are eager and ready to
take on these leadership roles, their voices are rarely heard. This book brings together the stories and ideas of the future from surveys, focus groups and interviews with some 300 emerging leaders to ascertain their thoughts about how organizations need to change in order to develop effective leaders of tomorrow, including how:
- Collaboration will replace the former top-down leadership model,
- Cultural diversity will add value to organizations,
- Corporate social responsibility is a necessary ingredient for organizational success,
- Family friendly policies will permeate the workplace,
- Organizations need to show “green.”

A Very Dangerous Woman: Martha Wright and Women’s Rights

Wright was an advocate for women’s rights and for abolition and a leading reformer in the 19th century. At the time of her death she was President of the National Woman’s Suffrage Association.
